Shelton can sing in English, Konkani, Portuguese, Hindi, Spanish, African, Arabic and Mauritian Creole.

Shelton’s first overseas performance was at NATAS (National   Association of Travel Agents Singapore) in Singapore in March 1998 . Here, besides singing he went on to further extend his craft by also being a part of a Goan folklore troupe as a dancer for Portuguese dance  sequences at the World Trade Centre.

Then was a long stint of two years from 1999 to 2000 performing at Al-   Nasr Leisureland in Dubai where guests came for the unique blend of   Shelton’s music and the exotic food. Shelton spent these two years fine   tuning his musical skill.  Days were spent concentrating on rehearsing and perfecting the music   and nights on performing the music.

In October of 2003 Shelton performed at the Creole Festival in Maritius and Seychelles. The crowds were stunned and overjoyed to hear Shelton singing in the local Creole language. Their local music rhythms are similar to Goan ‘dulpods’.

In November the same year he performed at the Goan Association Festival in Zimbabwe.

In 2005 Shelton performed in three countries outside India:

January: Feira de Madrid (FITUR) in Spain. Spain is a very musically  oriented place and is considered the home of the guitar. The lively locals enjoyed Shelton’s Spanish renditions as   also his Portuguese ones. There were offers to stay back but Shelton   decided to head back to Goa because of his teaching commitments.

March: International Tourism Bourse (ITB) Berlin, Germany. This is the biggest travel fair Shelton ever performed at and it gave him the  opportunity to interact with a lot of interesting musicians and singers from all over the world. Europe also gave Shelton the opportunity to purchase a lot of the latest quality sound equipment for himself.

November: World Travel Market (WTM) London, U.K. This was yet  another opportunity to perform for visitors from almost every  country in the world. After concluding his day performances Shelton enjoyed listening to,  and learning from, the buskers in the subways.

In March of 2006 he was warmly received again for the same   International Tourism Bourse (ITB) in Berlin, Germany.

In September 2007 Shelton performed in New York (U.S.A.) for the “India@60” celebrations at the historic South Street Seaport and at the Bryant Park in Manhattan. The New York  performances were like a dream come true for Shelton, performing in  the midst of skyscrapers with thousands of people  cheering.

In March 2011 he went to Mauritius to perform for a week at the   Mauritian National Day celebrations. Here he was also a part of the carnival parade- "Defile de la troupe du carnaval".

In September 2014 Shelton went to Paris to perform at the IFTM (International French Travel Market).  Shelton got an opportunity to get European travel industry heads acquainted with Goan music.

In October 2014 from France Shelton proceeded to Switzerland to perform at a road-show for the Goa Tourism Zurich Promotional Meet 2014 in the presence of Honorary Consul General of India.

In July 2015 Shelton was part of an all-star Goan ensemble invited to perform at the HKW (Haus der Kulturen der Welt), Berlin, Germany as part of the event Wasser Musik 2015. The ‘House of World Cultures’ is Germany's national centre for the presentation and discussion of international contemporary arts, with a special focus on non-European cultures and societies.

In November 2016 while in London, Shelton was approached to represent Goa Tourism for their promotion at the (WTM) at the Excel London. While living in London, performing Konkani music was an ecstatic moment for Shelton and made him more proud of his homeland.

In April 2018 Shelton was invited to perform in Dubai for a private gig at The India Club. Most guests present were Shelton’s overwhelmed  fans from the late 90’s, where he had captured many hearts with his music during his stint in Dubai.

Washington D.C., Philadelphia, New Jersey, Italy,  Portugal, Scotland, Ireland, Czech Republic, Turkey, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong- Kong,  Macau   and Sri-Lanka.
